Ⅰ. Adjustments Based on Environmental Conditions

1. Climate Factors

1）High-temperature/high-humidity areas (such as coastal areas):

Increase the thickness to 75mm-100mm and choose moisture-resistant color-coated steel sheets (such as galvanized steel sheets).

2）High-wind pressure areas (such as typhoon zones):

Use thicker color-coated steel sheets (0.5mm or thicker) with reinforcement. The rock wool thickness can be reduced appropriately (50mm-75mm).



2. Noise Control Requirements

1）Buildings near airports/highways:

Select a thickness of 100mm or thicker, with a rock wool density of 100kg/m³ or higher to enhance sound insulation (noise reduction can reach over 30dB).

1. Color-coated Steel Sheet Thickness:

--Exterior Walls/Roofs: 0.4mm-0.6mm (required for wind resistance).

--Interior Walls: 0.3mm-0.4mm (cost savings).
