1. EPS sandwich panel system

1) Accessory features: economical configuration

2)Typical combination:

---T-shaped aluminum (1.0mm thick, ordinary oxidation treatment)

---L-shaped groove (with simple waterproof rubber strip)

---U-shaped groove (moisture-proof treatment at the board end)

3)Notes:

---The gap between thermal expansion and contraction needs to be controlled (8-10mm gap left)

---Avoid using overweight accessories (EPS has limited load-bearing capacity）

2. PU/PIR sandwich panel system

1) Accessory features: high sealing requirements

• Typical combination:

--H-shaped groove (with EPDM continuous rubber strip)

--Special cold bridge blocking L-shaped groove

--Low-temperature T-shaped aluminum (-40℃ elasticity retention)

• Notes:

All joints need to be double-sealed (structural glue + rubber strip)

Avoid direct conduction of cold bridges by aluminum

3. Rock wool sandwich panel system

1) Accessory features: Fire safety first

2)Typical combination:

---A-grade fireproof T-shaped aluminum (1.5mm thickened)

---Fireproof expansion type L-shaped groove

---High temperature resistant U-shaped groove (800℃ to maintain structural integrity)

3)Notes:

--Accessories and rock wool panels need to be tested for fireproofing simultaneously.

--Combustible sealing materials such as PVC are prohibited.
